I mentioned here that I was making some butter chickpeas. Someone I know made this and brought it to a picnic. And I had to get the recipe.
I just wanted to tell you; this was so good.
I like my tofu a little crispy, so I oven-fried it in a little oil first. That’s pretty much the only thing I changed. And of course, no cilantro for my cilantro-hating husband.
